We live in a world of skeptics, don't we? ... We didn't come into this to prove ourselves.

Just refurbishing the old Aladdin, maybe add some parking garages, it would have been a poor use of the property. From a real-estate perspective, a mixed-use development, including gaming and retail, was necessary.

The Aladdin will be the maximum highest and best use of the property, ... It would have been a crime for the trust to use the property to cannibalize on neighboring attractions.

Never for a second did I think of myself as the sexiest guy in the world. When I was a kid, I thought I was the strongest man in the world. Then, the fastest runner and then the smartest person in the world. One by one my delusions got shut down. Now I just see myself as the lamest guy in the world.
