We know we need to re-engage some of these agencies so they can understand some of these issues and how this problem is on-going on a daily basis for us.

People move to the Tahoe area for trees. Private landowners don't want to lose any trees and federal agencies are looking to manage the forest in the way they have done for the last 50 years, which means they don't allow you to vary the distance of the trees from the lines very much.

The problem will continue to get worse every year. Right now 75 to 80 percent of line damage we experience is due to trees.

There's still an awful lot of blanks to fill. Hopefully we'll soon be able to provide that.

At this point, we don't see the need to begin any type of investigation. It is what it is, as unfortunate as it is. He fell overboard, and luckily we were able to get his son back to shore safely.
