We insist on working within the framework of law and avoiding violence.

There is little freedom in the Kurdish-populated areas, while Iranians and especially Kurd, see democracy as a primary need.

The Kurds have had very little say in the decisions made about them and they have been denied their rights mentioned in the constitution.

This case is important because it puts again, into our law, one more way to stop that kind of violence and domestic terrorism against providers and against patients who need services.

They did not commit any violence but they still violated the law by establishing a government of their own.

The state calls its own violence law, & that of the individual, crime.
