We haven't had any sort of formal proposal but are concerned that we may lose good candidates to higher paying jobs.

This is all going to depend on how the state budget works and what other issues arise. We wanted to raise the issue now so they know, and maybe there will be a bill within a couple years.

Students will keep paying that fee to continue making South Dakota competitive. We need more of a boost.

Lots of people argue that it is cheaper to live in South Dakota and that should be a trade off. We recruit on a national level, and cost of living is something applicants generally don't consider.

I do find that when I see women who flesh out the television or film world and make it look more like the world I actually live in, I gravitate towards those characters.

Improv training allows you to get out of your head a little bit and take more risks, which is something I would like to continue to improve upon.
