We haven't had any rain in the winter. Water supplies, especially lake supplies, are not full. They're not in terrible shape around the state, but they're not as full as they normally would be this time of year.

You need to start watching, fix leaks, do whatever you can mechanically in your system. If you need to make maintenance repairs, do it now. Get ready for the warm weather, because when the growing season goes, irrigation and water usage will go up.
