We have tried to address this. It's not a policy but a philosophy.

It's all about balance. The middle school and high school students are the ones that most often skip breakfast. They just need to eat regularly. I'll get students sent to me in the morning because they have a stomach or a headache and it's because they didn't eat breakfast.

I think (familiarity) helped with all three of us on the committee. We all know his philosophy and demeanor on the floor. I like his ideas of how he wants to improve the program.

My number one philosophy for leadership is leadership by example. If you are not willing to do it yourself, how can you show others how to do it?
