We have today set up the framework beginning with the recall of assembly on 15th May and running up to November of this year for the ultimate decision to be made.

September 11 is no less appalling today than it was then, on September 11. Our determination is no less resolute than it was on the day military action began. We have a job to do and it is being done and it will be seen through to the end.

Labour is the party of law and order in Britain today. Tough on crime, tough on the causes of crime.

Our new world rests on order. The danger is disorder. And in today's world, it can now spread like contagion.
