We have the good, bad and the ugly. Sometimes people fall asleep and they don't know where they're going. Then they wake up and don't want to pay.

That's a tough night. We try to do the best we can. There are going to be people waiting, but eventually we'll get there.

What is the worst fear? People getting ill in the car. You don't want that. Road conditions. There are a lot of people who don't take cabs and drink and drive. That's definitely a fear factor.

And that is the tip of the iceberg because you know they aren't alert before they fall asleep. That is very alarming to me.

We fall asleep, and the guy scores. It can't happen.

Occasionally, they'll sit on my lap and fall asleep.
