We have the eyes of the government on us and they are looking closely at what we do.

Last year it took four votes to pass the budget and each time the budget kept getting depleted to what I thought was a dangerous point. I'm very happy to say the vote passed the first time out.

I can?t stress enough that this is the beginning of something big.

They understood the issues. In the past they might not have understood.

Without question, it was the concerted effort of everyone involved. I can?t stress enough that by working together you achieve your goals, and that?s what happened here.

I'm hopeful that was a turning point last summer.
