We have some simple goals this season,

Weve had some moral victories this season. Weve had one-goal losses against teams that did a number on us last year.

Shes become the heart and soul of the team. Shes the true center half weve been missing the five years Ive been here. Shes another important piece of a puzzle thats almost complete.

Shes been a key for this team,

We got going and came out really strong in the first half, and thats what we needed to do. But once we let down and think we won the game, thats when the other team comes back. I give all the credit to Newmarket for not giving up and playing with their hearts.

The fever has caught on. Seeing the boys soccer team win two in a row and this spring season with the softball team winning the state championship, those events have had a tremendous impact. To see 34 students come out is phenomenal. Usually by this time last year we had a few that quit. This core of 34 players will stick with it.
