We have seen across all genders a very healthy increase in home improvement projects, particularly those geared toward the inside of the home.

We want to get the message out that they can go to any Home Depot in the country and get a job.

For a city our size, we probably do more capital improvement projects than any other city in California. If you look at all the designs and construction, it's a tremendous amount of work.

We are going to identify any capital improvement projects that need to be done to keep our buildings safe.

Once we get the ranking, we can go forward and develop a capital improvement plan to get the projects done.
