We have rules in place that limit the kinds of activities schools can organize in different sports during out-of-season times.

The field of play has become seriously unleveled as a result of the current rules. Our member schools have complained and asked that we find a way of fixing this problem.

This is the first year we've improved in every category. And it's not just one or two schools that are achieving high results. It's across the board.

The division between the schools was not snobbery, ... It was all about competitive sports. Ocean City really was better in sports, especially in basketball, winning championships.
