We have had two floods. There was water under the tile on the outside terrace, and it ruined all the interior floors. Then the upstairs neighbor had a leak, which came into the bedroom.

We walked through water, we couldn’t shower, and we bathed with wet rags and soap because we didn’t have water or electricity.

We slept on the floor, there was most often no electricity, and we had no running water, ... We were allowed to bathe once a month, though in the summer we bathed more often in the river.

There were times when we didn't have hot water or a phone line. But I guarantee you, we always had cable, and it was always on.

I was there about an hour after the blast and the water was looking good. There were no violations.
