We have former presidents of companies, CEOs and other responsible positions. They've worked very hard, and they like that we give a hand-up, not a hand-out, because our homeowners work hard to get homes and they have to buy them.

Crowds have been stopping by to see what's going on. It's great because people have stopped to ask questions about why we're doing this.

It's a simple way for us to do a lot of fundraising without exerting a lot of energy and adding to administrative costs.

He's the type of guy that you wished was sitting at your Thanksgiving table every year because you know that he's going to just brighten everyone's day. He's a wonderful guy.

Normally when we build, we build all the walls in our warehouse in North Fort Myers, drop the walls on-site to where the slab has been poured and volunteers raise walls on the slab. This is definitely something we've never done before but it's been a great experience.
