We have families that come and go. What can we do as an agency to fit into the protocol, other than just making reports?

We put everything from college educations right on down on the charge card because we get a frequent flyer mile every time for every dollar that we spend. Hopefully the airline won't go out of business and we will be able to use them, I don't know.

I think the main thing is if you are planning a big trip, overseas especially, you need to start planning at least 8 months before.

And it's not slowing down. Even when you get warm weather like we've had, they're still trying to pay the bills from last month.
