We have every intention of asking the court to set a reasonable bond based on the health concerns of an elderly man with high blood pressure and heart problems, among other things.

He's of ill health, and I really think that his health situation would be better dealt with and stabilized if he was not in the custody of the Davidson County sheriff.

Since January 12, when Christ Hospital's board originally stated its intention to withdraw, the Health Alliance has continually sought dialogue to identify and discuss the underlying issues and concerns.
