We have drawn lessons from the previous elections and we are cautiously optimistic that glitches will be reduced to a minimum.

It seems the system is working. The party agents are there to watch and lodge a grievance- the presiding officer will then adjudicate.

So we are working on (March 4) as a target to be able to complete this entire process and announce the results on March 4.

There are only three elections, and they are obviously in very different parts of the state. But we, hopefully, will be able to glean some information from the results of these elections.

Voters want to know that elections will be conducted fairly and accurately.

One of them, there's about 20, will make it through before the 2006 elections.
