We have consistently complied with all laws and regulations and we intend to vigorously defend against these lawsuits.

We are confident that we consistently acted within the regulations and laws. We are confident that at no point in time were we outside the provisions of the laws.

That's something that I think is within the bounds of the laws and regulations there are, but still I think it really is a first in American politics.
