We have been able to stop some of that traffic from leaving Hastings and going north or going to Lincoln or Omaha.

It is a good workforce in Hastings.

That is going to bring a lot of traffic to a particular area and so therefore business is going to have an interest in that traffic pattern.

Nobody is going to build, or nobody is going to invest in our community if we are not willing to invest in ourselves.

Hastings itself actually provides a lot more jobs than what our labor force shows.

That raise will be great and is very important to help everyone.
