We have at least 100 already but we will keep working on them as long as we have materials and items. We plan on dropping off the bags at a donation drop site.

I think the best gift we are giving them are the phone cards. Our staff donated those.

During the discussion, we were talking about World War II. It triggered memories about the war and what the residents were doing at that time. That's when Enid mentioned that she made ditty bags for soldiers. We all thought it was a great idea to start making the bags again.

I think it will be a fine addition to the township.

Everyone in Niles Township thanks you for coming out here to open your business. We will be more than happy to help you in anyway that we can. We hope that in years to come with the installation of sewer and water further down South 11th Street, which we are working on getting, many more businesses will open their doors in the township and the area will continue to grow.

We do not feel it will happen again, at least not in 2006, ... We've been working with the fire department and may try some other things to help enhance the jamboree.
