We have a lot of young kids who are still learning a lot about the game. But we'll be OK.

We don't have an identity as a team yet. We're a little lost.

What Chris is now is somebody we rely on. Last year he was an X-factor but we didn't have to rely on him because we had other guys. This year we have to depend on Chris a lot more.

You could see the experience factor. He's a very intelligent pitcher and has three or four pitches he can throw any time in the count. He's been great for us.

Learning is as much an attitude as it is an activity.

The kids are smart and are terrific listeners. They are learning something on jump after jump. It's obvious they're having a blast.
