We have a lot of talent for a nonscholarship team. People just don't understand. They're thinking, 'nonscholarship, I-AA, midmajor.' Don't let that fool you. This is a whole other level. It doesn't get better than this.

A lot of people go into freelancing thinking, 'I've got the talent.' What they need to realize is a lot of people have talent. What makes a successful freelance business is how strong your client list is.

We don't really worry about who's not playing, because we think we have enough talent to move on.
