We have a lot of senior leadership in the back. We have a lot of newcomers and they are slowly starting to believe what we're about.

We had some dangerous opportunities and we took advantage of them.

She's just very dangerous. She's a slasher.

That comes down to veteran leadership. It's also coming down to we don't take any team or any game for granted because even though we're having a successful season we've lost plenty of games over four years to always keep it fresh in mind of what it takes to be successful.

Our whole upper class does a good job of knowing what's expected of them. There's good leadership in that group. They understand how things are supposed to be run, and I think they understand just how good we could be.

Their leadership all year has been a key to our success thus far.
