We have a game plan. We have an anticipation based on all our research, all our conversations with the teams of how the game may be played out and we develop our game plan and strategy based on that.

We don't carry just any product that claims to be environmental. We research our suppliers to find the best products from reputable companies. We've only been open six months, and the word of mouth business we've been getting from contractors is amazing.

Research comes to the fore at the start of a financial year. Investors seek to identify those stocks offering the best long term potential.

I just like to use the football analogy. I'm the head coach and my job is to direct the team down the field and throughout the game. But Vern and Todd are the star quarterback and the star defensive player. And Tracy is the all-conference player and my directors are the all-conference players. So it's very much a team-oriented thing. But yes, ultimately I'm the guy who has to decide what we cover and when.

I'm sure that's a long way down the line. But probably not as long as you think.
