We had the bases loaded after they had an error. Then the wild pitch scored a run.

It's good to get both of them on and pitching well. In two games, they only issued three walks the whole day. It's coming along. Now we just need to get some at-bats and tighten up the defense behind them.

We're just struggling with our hitting. You can give up a few runs if you can hit the ball, but we just can't score enough. And the errors in the second game hurt us too.

We have our pitching back, so we're strong there. But we lost four seniors, so we're trying to fill those positions. We have some young kids getting their first varsity experience, but we hope to be contending for the top spots in the league.

They've improved from the last time that we played them. They swung the bat and hit the ball well tonight.

I'm quite glad I got these two young men here. (Longo) has great potential. I see some qualities in him that are gonna make him a star.
