We had sufficient evidence for probable cause to obtain search warrants in this case. And we are continuing to investigate it as a sexual assault.

I feel we have sufficient evidence to prosecute the case.

Searching Jane and Mary Doe for evidence beyond the scope of the warrant and without probable cause violated their clearly established 4th Amendment rights,

If we have any evidence that she steps into the province of Ontario we would obtain a warrant for her arrest [and] she would be detained. We would obtain a recognizance order against her.
