We had our neighbors, friends of neighbors, family members, friends of friends, strangers, people we didn't even know were coming out to help.

Our son was involved in a car accident. I was touched by the number of friends, neighbors - and strangers - who helped with benefits for medical costs.

My family talks about it. You know, their friends talk about it and neighbors talk about it ... more humiliating than anything I've ever lived through.

It's just fun to go back and see my friends, neighbors ... I get to see my whole family there, ... Let's just say we're closer musical friends now. A lot of these people are strangers to me. They were out of sight but very much in mind.
