We had good luck there, but we had bad luck in missing the point after touchdown to make us have to onside kick in the first place. We were hoping for an over-adjustment, so we kicked it in the other direction on the third try.

When everyone is gunning for you, you must be doing something right. Athletics is one aspect that everyone in the school and community seems to rally around and take pride in.

Nobody knows for sure, but I don't know of another school that won a state football title in only its fourth season. The kids worked extremely hard and they will be able to come back and have a permanent reminder that hard work pays off.

Being so young, we got there a lot quicker than people thought we would and that set a precedent for what we are about.

Whether people want to admit it or not, winning championships reflects on the school and the community.

I was very happy with our comeback. It was a little hairy for awhile but we did it.
