We had an easy double-play ball and didn't turn it in the first inning. If we make that play, none of that stuff happens.

We put a lot of things together and really played well tonight. Everybody in the lineup had a hit.

We just kind of embarrassed ourselves. Gave 'em runs with walks and errors and only had four hits. There were no highlights.

We should've gotten out of that inning with two runs, maybe even one. But when you put yourself in bad situations, a team like West is gonna put you away.

Neither team could spend any arms today. But Church did a great job for them.

Frustrating. It was one of those days where our defense let us down.
