We had about 50 kids who participated in our clinics.

At 8 p.m., we will be having a slam dunk and 3-point expedition contest. This is new for 'Hoops for Honduras.' We have an age 14-17 division as well as an 18-adult division.

Our next lunch-and-learn program will be all about dining out. We'll examine portion control and the protein forces at work when we decide to eat out at a restaurant.

The kids really did themselves proud and we are very happy with the fourth place finish.
