We had a lot of people come out Friday despite the weather and Saturday was beautiful. We had a big crowd. The cook-off was a huge success and we set a new record for teams that participated.

We think we had some strange weather phenomena beyond the hurricane.

The construction gods have been really good to us in February and March. December wasn't very good to us weather-wise. But we've been very lucky to have such good weather recently for building.

You know a lot of people would have canceled this outing because of the weather, not made the drive to here and missed out. They shouldn't let Mother Nature dictate their activities. People have got to get out of the house and enjoy the outdoors, regardless if it is raining.

I want it to be a resort where no matter what the weather is, people can come up and have a good time. Not just fly-fish or snowmobile.
