We had a little bit of rust, but I thought overall we performed OK in the first half.

We felt we had to play a hard 40 minutes of perfect basketball to beat the United States. But in the end, we had to play 45 minutes to earn this tremendous victory.

It's not that we didn't really want to play (yesterday afternoon), but we weren't ready to play at the level you have to when playing one of the best teams in Canada.

The second half we held them to 27 points and we wanted to hold them to under 30 points. I thought defensively we did some good things.
