We had a good year. We had excellent performance; we met our business objectives.

It's definitely something that we think that we can be competitive in, produce original parts and equipment right from the factory that we designed and built for years.

Fleetwood has a proven business model, generating solid performance. We are very excited about this transaction, as it provides Counsel entry to a growing industry via a premier platform in which to pursue new value creation opportunities.

Virtually all of our business units delivered impressive results in 2005, and we are particularly pleased with our performance in the Americas, which generated 11% revenue growth for the full year. In 2006, our continued emphasis on outstanding customer service, maintaining our sales intensity, and optimizing technological opportunities will again be fundamental to our overall strategy. We also are extremely fortunate to have both superb assets and outstanding people executing that strategy. Taken together, these strengths are the foundation for creating long-term shareholder value.

We turned in very strong performance in our UNIX business. We now have a superb product lineup with more in the pipeline.

This is disappointing, as the industrial production figures yesterday were. Still, the business surveys point to a better performance going forward.
