We got 250 people out of there in U.S. Geological Survey boats.

Racing has been surprisingly close. The rating system has done a very good job of comparing the boats. We tied a race, which is really rare. Other races have been decided by seconds. You can't get much closer.

They got the boats blowing up, they blowing up buildings, ... They got people strapped with C-4. You got people lying in the middle of the street getting hit with Mack trucks. It's crazy.

We can get a couple of hundred people launching boats on summer weekends.

Absolutely, they are a hazard. People in smaller boats really need to keep a look out for submerged or partially submerged vessels.

There must have been 600 people in the water, and the boats were lined up like cars. We didn't see a single ray or shark.
