We felt it was important for patients to understand how care is delivered, who delivers the care.

The course provided a lot of information, as well as being fun.

It's so much better than walking around the nursing circle trying to locate someone all the time. They're so efficient, it's hard to remember what it was like when we didn't have them.

This actually, in terms of posting the staffing plans, is about not having the government tell hospitals and nurses how to staff their units. It's about providing the right care, not the same care.

We need to bring all of our courts to a minimum level of technology in order to achieve some of these other goals. We're putting together the building blocks.
