We don't want to penalize him unnecessarily. He started out with five teams in a system that allowed that. We want to make sure to do it in a smooth way.

Busch will never be the Cup series, but we would like the new agreement for that to be a franchise of its own, treated with promotion and announcers that differentiate that series a little better as we go down the road.

We knew that when we did all the moves in the last three years, another event in Phoenix in the calendar year, another one in California, that would take time to absorb that in the marketplace. They've made a lot of progress with management changes that I think are starting to pay some dividends. I think they're going to have a very big crowd.
