We do not believe that Mike's conduct during the tournament appropriately represents the deep-seated values on which our company was built and continues to operate. While we regret his actions leading to this decision, we wish Mike well in future ventures.

I would question any attempt to buy London because at this price it more than fully values the company. London's strategic position is much stronger than its actual corporate value.

I think every company wants to attract long-term investors.

We also believe these are prudent and balanced steps at a time of uncertainty and conflicting legislative and regulatory directions about defined benefit retirement plans in the United States.
