We do have flood rules and building (regulations) in place. In every case, will these buildings survive in the future? Probably not.

Clinton defies all rules; we've learned that, ... We're disappointed we didn't get him, but I'm sure he will write a good book and I'm sure it will be a very big-selling book.

The fun part really begins now.

This is like other several other master plan projects. Phase 1 is determining existing conditions, what the public is envisioning and gaining input from the public.

What we will do is work with those institutions to make sure that our rules don't get in their way admitting the students, providing them with the kind of financial aid that they need for their enrollment this fall at these other institutions.

The arrangement capitalizes on our strong current retail trading position and will enhance future revenue streams through greater availability and continuity of the quality and range of Rangers product.
