We didn't see another option. No one wants to sue a two-ton gorilla. I wish we didn't have to do it.

There's no question that 600-pound gorilla was in the room that no one wanted to talk about. If you keep going innings without scoring runs, everybody tries to do too much in one at-bat, and that's when you start to get into trouble. That's when it becomes a team slump. It was nice to answer in the first inning.

We knew at one time we could sue, but nobody wants to sue the people they work for, ... But they just kept stalling us and putting this off. So we went ahead and sued them, but we're still trying to negotiate a contract with them and we would like to do both.
