We didn't really help (Capuano) on offense. He was giving us pitches to hit; we just hit them right at people and were trying to pull the ball a little too much.

He's a great communicator and motivator. You know he's got your back. You know if he has something to do with you, it's going to be done in an office instead of in public. He's not there to embarrass you. He's got your back, and for that reason, you've got his.

He looked like the old Ben. A lot of guys go out there with less stuff than he had today.

Put it this way. [Sheets'] demeanor was not what it normally would be under the circumstances.

It got me on the bill of the helmet. It wasn't an ear hole shot. It didn't drop me. But it frightened me a bit. I'm off to a rough start this spring.
