We didn't perform on the big stage and that has to be a concern for everyone at the club. It's a setback. It's four years since we won a trophy at Leicester and that's awful.

The first thing I do is look in the mirror and look at myself. What has happened has strengthened my resolve and I have total belief in myself and what we are trying to do.
