We did well for the time we had put in. We can definitely improve on what we did today.

Was I disappointed? Yes. We are a better than what we showed today. It was very hot and muggy. You just need to be ready to run each day.

I was excited how we did today. It was a true cross country race, running through the creeks like we did. I talked to the guys about showing up and doing what they needed to do. We showed up today.

It was a great showing by the boys. We placed 10th out of 28 teams.

The women are showing improvement.

That second quarter, we probably had the ball two minutes the entire time. That was the biggest downfall today, that we didn't have the ball.
