We decided to take about $1 million out of reserves to redo the roof on the Japan Airlines hangar. That's a big bite, but we're at the point of Band-Aiding it each year, which doesn't make sense after a certain point.

We're playing good softball. We just didn't get the hits when we needed it. We made one mistake defensively and it cost us but I'm not too disappointed. Port Charlotte is a good softball team.

This might be the best thing that ever happened to Venice as a 3-10 team in the district almost beat them.

We're obviously going to miss Ali. You just don't get many opportunities to coach players like that in your lifetime. It's going to be different because we depended on Ali an awful lot, but the truth is we couldn't have done all we did with just one person.

It's a wonderful feeling to have my son back, ... I'm not angry, I'm thankful.

It went very well. We set some long-range goals very nicely and had a very enjoyable time doing it.
