Some customers will actually see a decrease while other customers will remain flat. Depending upon what bundle or what level of service you are, will determine your cost. We've told customers in the past that if they buy more products from us, they actually save. Their discounts are deeper. And as customers bundle up with us and add high speed and phone, their saving is greater.

We feel very comfortable about the value we continue to provide.

Our ultimate goal is extensible programming (EP). By this, we mean the construction of hierarchies of modules, each module adding new functionality to the system.

In the practical world of computing, it is rather uncommon that a program, once it performs correctly and satisfactorily, remains unchanged forever.

But quality of work can be expected only through personal satisfaction, dedication and enjoyment. In our profession, precision and perfection are not a dispensible luxury, but a simple necessity.
