We continue to be excited about the prospect of renovating the building to provide 41 units of affordable housing for seniors in the area.

This is a brand-new program receiving grant funding from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.

We're hoping to have it completed and ready to move into by April of next year.

The time period that we're trying to use on this application will be 1946, because that's the last time a major remodeling was done.

With this announcement we are one step closer to beginning our renovation of the building.
