We chose the latter — as we felt that large groups can only function when there are major issues, they need bylaws, etc..

When you look at the big events ... small local groups don't function on their own, ... It has to be a regional approach. Communication becomes critical to that, because if you can't talk, you can't cooperate.

Empathy is a tool for building people into groups, for allowing us to function as more than self-obsessed individuals.

But the city rather than curtail the development of skyscrapers has chose to build and occupy those skyscrapers at the risk of the public health.
