We certainly wouldn't want that to be a holdup to not getting the bill done.

I'm not about to vote for something that is a sham. This bill backed off from any real enforcement at all. You don't have enforcement, you don't have a bill, and let's not fool the public.

The program is now back on track, there's not going to be a big holdup.

This bill puts icing on a moldy cake.

We realize that something's got to happen. I think there is certainly a resolve to try.
