We certainly want to provide the service that we've always been able to provide, and definitely improve on our customer service.

We want to reach more out-of-state, such as New Mexico, Oklahoma. In addition to that, we're also going to look at areas where we see an increase in the number of students that graduate high school.

I think it's Dr. Daniel who's really charting a course, and recruitment is very important to Dr. Daniel. In the tradition of recruiting the best and the brightest students to UTD and really getting the word out to new populations of students that quality legacy that already exists.

Alcatel's ability to look at and innovate on the entire lifecycle of voice-over-IP -- from enterprise to service provider to the manufacture of boards and chips -- really sets them apart from many vendors. Alcatel is already a leader in the enterprise IP-PBX market, and we expect that they will expand on that position in 2006.

Airlines are not a social service industry. Everyone expects the airlines to take a financial hit then criticizes them when they don't make money.
