We can't continue to invest millions of dollars of our own money into the building and expect everything to work out. It needs to be a community effort, not just a Buccaneer effort.

If we didn't have the investment in the building, we would be fine operationally. We aren't losing money on our operations.

We got involved in this matter to save the Buccaneers and the U.S. (Hockey) League's place in Urbandale, not to make money, which is evident by our financial performance.

We wanted to spread the money out to everyone, not just the winner.

To say that this is going to be big is just a massive understatement. I don't know how much money we'll make, but I would say the word is billions.

Whatever you're passionate about is probably where you'll find the greatest ease in making your money. But you have to be committed to work you're passionate about and be committed to making money.
