What we need to know is the complete package. We need to know that our next conductor is not only a top-notch professional musician, but also someone who has a good sense for concert programming, for understanding and working with the strengths and limitations of this orchestra, and all of that.

We would have preferred not to restate earnings, but it is important to recognize that we have had a very comprehensive review ongoing. Where we have discovered or identified errors, we have moved quickly.

There is a broad and widely dispersed program infrastructure that could be targeted. It's not an easy target package to target but you could do it in a sustained aerial bombardment campaign.
